Our mission is to plan, establish, maintain and promote a four season non-motorized trail network.

Greetings Nastawgan Members and Hikers

Each year Murray goes on 3 X 1 week long trail clearing trips to the more remote sections of the Ottawa Temiskaming Highland Trail and invite folks to join him. There will be one in August, one in September and one in October of 2026. Usually two of the trips are started by canoeing to one or two base camps. We have had trail clearing people come from Ottawa, Toronto, etc. If you would like to join on all or part of a trip the dates can be flexible to suit you. Canoes, paddles and trail clearing equipment can all be provided.

Call or text Murray at 705 648 3310 for more information or encouragement.
